I’m Stefan Grabljic, a Product Designer based in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, focused on designing complex B2B systems and enterprise applications.

With over 8 years of experience and a background in Information Technology & Design, I specialize in structuring complex processes and translating technical requirements into clear, reliable, and scalable user experiences. My work is centered on systems where clarity, consistency, and usability directly impact real-world operations.

Currently, I work at Specific Objects Technologies GmbH, where I design Juno CRM, covering lead management, contracts, and billing workflows. Previously, I worked at FileWave, designing large-scale Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions used across millions of devices.

Earlier in my career, I led UX/UI design at JSGuru and contributed to products at CarbonFreed and Inkyy, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver structured and scalable solutions.

Alongside product work, I have spent over two years teaching UX/UI design, helping others develop both technical and problem-solving skills. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.

I am also a co-founder of SWISH Girls Basketball Academy, where I help build a structured environment focused on long-term development, teamwork, and community. This role reflects my approach to both design and leadership — creating systems that support growth, clarity, and consistency over time.

Outside of work, I’m a father, husband, and lifelong basketball enthusiast — experiences that have shaped my discipline, communication style, and long-term thinking.
