Through user interviews with customers, we identified that the previous deployment solution was perceived as overly complex and difficult to navigate. The workflow relied on multiple steps and separated tables, making it hard for users to understand the overall structure and confidently complete tasks. Key challenges included: ➡️ Fragmented workflows spread across multiple screens ➡️ High cognitive load due to multiple tables (e.g. included vs. excluded elements) ➡️ Lack of clarity when managing device or group assignments
